Important reminder: uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.
To cancel, please follow these steps:
iOS users:
- Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.
- Scroll to Subscriptions, then tap it.
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
- Use the options to manage your subscription.
Android users:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
- Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap Menu – Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.
Web users:
- Go to www.paypal.com or your PayPal app.
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Find Settings - Payments - Click "Manage automatic payments"
- Find "Yiyan Technology HK" under "Show Active"
- Click Cancel
*Notes: If you already canceled the auto-renew successfully, the subscription information will be under "Show Inactive".
